No-Bake Carmel Cookies
List of Ingredients
2 cups sugar
3/4 cup butter
6 ounces can (2/3 cup) evaporated milk
4 ounce pkg. instant butterscotch pudding mix
3 1/2 cups quick cooking rolled oats

In a large saucepan combine sugar, butter and evaporated milk Bring to rolling boil, stirring frequently. Remove from heat and add pudding mix and oats. Mix thoroughly. Cool 15 minutes. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto a waxed paper lined tray.
