MARTINI: Tiramisu Martini

"I Love Coffee", by Susan Zimmer
1 1/2 scoops vanilla ice cream -- (about
-- 2 ounces)
1/2 ounce tiramisu-flavored syrup*
1 ounce cold espresso coffee
or
1 ounce strong coffee
2/3 ounce Amaretto
or
2/3 ounce almond-flavored liqueur
3 ounces whipping cream -- whipped
with
1/4 teaspoon vanilla sugar**
cocoa powder -- for garnish
Combine the ice cream, syrup, expresso, and amaretto in a blender, and blend until velvety smooth. Pour into a chilled martini glass. Float the top of the drink with the vanilla sugar-flavored whipped cream. Dust with cocoa powder.
