1 cup beer
1 pound sharp Cheddar
1 package Roquefort cheese (1 1/4 oz)
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 medium onion
2 garlic cloves
or
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon Tabasco
Heat beer and cool. Soften and cream together in mixer both cheeses and butter. Add the rest of the ingredients. Use the beer to thin to spreading consistency.
