    Bourbon Blue Cheese Spread

    Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method
    -------- ------------ --------------------------------
    8 ounces cream cheese -- softened
    4 ounces Blue cheese -- softened
    5 tablespoons butter -- softened
    1 garlic clove -- crushed
    1 dash hot pepper sauce
    1 dash Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon pepper
    3 tablespoons Kentucky bourbon

    In a medium bowl or food processor, combine cream cheese, blue cheese, and butter. Blend well. Add garlic, hot sauce, Worcestershire, salt, pepper and bourbon. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate at least 24 hours or as long as 1 week.
