1 package cream cheese (8 oz)
1/4 cup dairy sour cream
2 teaspoons curry powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt*
1/2 cup peanuts -- finely chopped
1/2 cup raisins
2 slices bacon -- cooked crisp and
-- crumbled
2 tablespoons green onions -- finely chopped
In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, curry powder, and garlic salt, stirring until smooth. Stir in peanuts, raisins, and bacon. Spoon into a medium serving bowl; sprinkle evenly with onions.
*Judi's note: Have the cream cheese at room temperature before mixing ingredients together. I use garlic powder instead of garlic salt because it makes it too salty with the bacon and peanuts in the recipe.
