    Ginger Orange Cream Cheese Spread

    Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method
    -------- ------------ --------------------------------
    1 cup light cream cheese
    2 tablespoons orange juice
    2 tablespoons ginger marmalade
    or
    2 tablespoons chopped preserved ginger
    2 teaspoons honey
    1 teaspoon grated orange rind

    In food processor or with mixer, blend cream cheese, orange juice,marmalade and honey until smooth and fluffy. Mix in orange rind.

    Makes about 1-1/4 cups.
