    Sweet And Savory Chutney Spread

    Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method
    -------- ------------ --------------------------------
    8 ounces cream cheese -- cut into cubes
    1/2 cup shredded cheddar -- or sharp cheese
    1/4 cup peach chutney
    1 piece crystallized ginger -- shaved, as garnish

    Mix all ingredients together in a food processor. Spread onto sweet bread, and garnish with crystallized ginger. Serve with coffee or tea.

    Note: This makes a great spread on date bread or other sweet bread.
