    -------- ------------ --------------------------------
    3/4 c water
    1 tbsp butter -- softened
    2 c bread flour
    1/3 c mashed potato flakes -- dry
    2 tbsp dried onions
    2 tsp sugar
    1 tsp salt
    1 3/4 tsp yeast

    Bake in bread machine, or mix and bake 30-40 minutes at 350°F.



    Yield:
    "1 loaf"
