Creamsicle Cake

1 Box Orange Cake Mix
1 Box Orange Jello -- (large box)
1 cup hot water
1 cup cold water
---TOPPING---
1 Box Orange Jello -- (small box)
1 Box Vanilla Instant Pudding
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
8 ounces Cool Whip

Bake cake in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Cool at room temperature. Poke holes with a meat fork. Pour Jello over cake and refrigerate. Mix the first four ingredients together and fold into the Cool Whip. Put on top of cake. Refrigerate until set.
