Pumpkin Cupcakes

1 box spice cake mix
1 cup pumpkin puree
2/3 cup water
2 eggs
6 ounces chocolate chips

Combine cake mix, pumpkin, water and eggs in mixing bowl. Mix as directed on cake mix package.

Stir in chocolate chips.

Grease and flour bottoms of muffin tins, or mini muffin tins. Fill cups 2/3 full.

Bake 15-20 minutes in 350F oven (12-15 min. for mini-muffins).

Cool 5 minutes and turn out.

Frost if desired, but they don't really need it.

Yield:
