Spinach Noodle Casserole

4 cups noodles
1 10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1 packet Hollandaise sauce
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon salt
Topping:
1/4 cup Italian bread crumbs
2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon butter -- melted
Cook noodles and spinach separately.
Combine hollendaise sauce mix and mustard. Stir in 3/4 cup water. Cook and stir until bubbly.
Stir in sour cream, then noodles, spinach and 1/4 cup cheese and salt.
Pour into oiled casserole dish and bake 20 minutes, covered, at 350F.
Combine topping ingredients. Top casserole and bake, uncovered, another 10 minutes.
