Chocolate Chip Cheese Bars

1 package fudge cake mix
2 eggs
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/3 cup sugar
1 cup chocolate chips
1 package cream cheese -- (8 ounce) softened

Mix dry cake mix, 1 egg and vegetable oil until crumbly. Reserve 1 cup for topping. Put remaining crumb mixture into an ungreased 13 x 9 baking pan. Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Beat cream cheese, sugar and 1 egg until light and smooth. Stir in chocolate chips. Spread over baked layer. Sprinkle with crumb mixture. Bake 15 minutes longer. Cool before cutting.
