Russian Tea Cakes

1 cup soft butter
1/2 cup powdered sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 1/4 cups flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup finely chopped nuts

Mix butter, powdered sugar and vanilla. Stir in remaining ingredients. Chill dough. Roll into 1" balls and bake on ungreased cookie sheet @ 375° for 12-15 minutes. Roll in powdered sugar. Cool, then roll again.
