    Cook a Boston Butt pork roast at 350 in a covered pan for about 2 hours, pour a can of Real Coke over it and continue cooking covered for about 1 1/2 hours more or until it is falling apart. I thicken the liquid with a little cornstarch and water and it makes a wonderful gravy for mashed potatoes.
