    Lemon and Basil Pork Chops

    1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
    4 boneless pork chops
    1 tablespoon butter -- melted
    2 teaspoons grated lemon rind
    1 teaspoon dried basil
    1 egg -- slightly beaten
    1 teaspoon lemon juice

    Preheat oven to 375°. Grease a 15"x10" baking pan.
    Combine egg and basil.
    Combine bread crumbs, butter, lemon peel, and basil.
    Dip chops in egg mixture, then crumbs. Bake 30-40 minutes, turning once halfway through baking.
