    Caramel Corn

    Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method
    -------- ------------ --------------------------------
    1 cup butter
    1 cup brown sugar -- packed
    1 cup light corn syrup
    popcorn

    Combine butter, brown sugar and corn syrup in a medium saucepan. Boil one minute. Pour over popped corn. Will not turn hard.
