Sunday Potatoes

6 large potatoes -- (to make 4 c.)
1 bunch green onions -- chopped
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese -- (or your choice)
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 pint sour cream
Cook potatoes in boiling water until skins are tender. Cool. Peel and grate. Mix in remaining ingredients, put in oiled casserole dish and sprinkle with paprika.
Refrigerate at least a few hours - overnight is best.
Bake at 350F for 30-40 minutes.
