Chicken Hash Brown Bake
1 ( 32 oz) pkg frozen hash browns, thawed
1 tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper
4 cups diced cooked chicken
2 cups chicken stock, or broth
1 ( 10¾ oz.) can cream of chicken soup,undiluted
1 cup ( 8oz.) sour cream
2 tsp. chicken bouillon granules
2 TBs. finely chopped onions
2 TBS. finely chopped red sweet pepper
1 garlic clove, minced
paprika
¼ cup sliced almonds
Layer hash browns in a 13x9x2 in dish.Sprinkle with salt and pepper.Place chicken over hash browns.
mix soup, broth, sour cream, bouillon, onions, pepper, and garlic. Pour over all. Sprinkle with paprika and almonds. Bake uncovered at 350º about 50 minutes, or till heated through.
Yield: 8- 10 servings
