    Easy Skillet Beef & Hash brown

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 lb ground beef
    • 1 can Cream of Celery Soup
    • 1/2 cup water
    • 1/4 cup ketchup
    • 1 tbsp Warcestershire sauce
    • 2 cups frozen diced potatoes (hash brown)
    • 3 slices process american cheese


    Instructions


    1. In medium skillet over medium-high heat, cook beef until browned, stirring to separate meat. Pour off fat.
    2. Add soup, water, ketchup, and Worcestershire. Heat to a boil. Stir in potatoes. Reduce heat to medium-low. Cover and cook 10 minutes or until potatoes are done, stirring occasionally. Top with cheese.
