    Blueberry Ribbon Dessert


    REC: Blueberry Ribbon Dessert (for Tricia!)

    Hi Tricia - I was just going to turn off the machine for the night and I noticed your request in my last post. This is another recipe from the '70s.
    Blueberry Ribbon Dessert

    Combine:

    1 stick margarine (1/2 c.)
    1-1/4 c. flour
    2 TB sugar

    Press into a 9x13 pan and bake for 10 min at 350*. Cool slightly.

    Cover with:
    lg. pkg vanilla pudding prepared with
    1-3/4 c. milk

    Spread on:
    1 can blueberry pie filling
    cool whip or whipped cream to cover

    Chill for at least 2 hours.
