    This recipe actually came from a diabetic cookbook. But its sooo good, I didn't want to leave it out of this category. You'll never believe its "good" for you!

    List of Ingredients




    1 c. flour
    1 stick butter
    1 c. water
    1/8 tsp. salt
    4 eggs
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 small box sugar free instant chocolate pudding
    2 c. milk, maybe a tad more if ya think it needs it
    cool whip

    Recipe



    Boil water, salt and butter. Remove from fire and add flour, stir to mix. It will get really thick really fast. Add eggs, one at a time and beat til blended with a wooden spoon. Let sit 5 minutes. Spread in a 9x13 pan and bake at 400* for 20 minutes. Let cool. Meanwhile, mix together the cream cheese, pudding and milk til well blended. Spread over cooled puffed crust. Top with coolwhip. Refrigerate til serving time.
