STUFFED MUSHROOMS

List of Ingredients
1 lb. medium mushrooms
1/2 lb. cream cheese or cheddar cheese
1/2 lb. well-cooked bacon or sausage
Fresh chives, dill (optional)
Recipe
Mix cheese, bacon or sausage and chives. Remove mushroom stems (mushrooms may be blanched 30 seconds). Place heaping tablespoon of cheese/bacon mixture in each muchroom. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes
