FAT FREE BANANA NUT BREAD

3 ripe bananas
3/4-cup sugar
2 eggs
2 cups of flour
1 tsp. salt (optional)
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2-cup chopped walnuts (optional)
1/2-cup raisin (optional)
Recipe
Peel bananas and break into pieces, place in mixing bowl. Add sugar, eggs, salt, baking soda. Mix well with electric mixer. Add flour and mix well. Add walnuts and raisins (optional.)
Bake at 325 degrees for one hour in greased loaf pan
