List of Ingredients
1 cup (250 mL) melted butter
3 cups (750 mL) self raising flour
3 eggs
2 cups (500 mL) sugar
2 cups(500 mL) grated peeled zucchini
3 tsp (15 mL) vanilla
½ to 1 cup (125-250 mL) chopped walnuts
3 tsp (15 mL) cinnamon
Recipe
Putting It All Together Mix all ingredients together with a wooden
spoon.
Pour into two loaf tins.
Bake at 375° F (190° C) for 25-30 minutes or until tops spring
sback when lightly touched.
