l/2 cup powdered sugar
8 oz. cream cheese; softened
8 oz. carton whipped topping
5 cups cubed angel food cake
l/2 c. chopped pecans
2l oz. can cherry pie filling
Recipe
In a medium bowl combine sugar and cream cheese. Beat until well
blended. Reserve l/2 c. whipped topping. Fold remaining whipped
topping, cake cubes, and pecans into cream cheese mixture. Spoon
mixture into a glass bowl. Top with pie filling. Garnish with
reserved whipped topping.
Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours before serving.
