LOW FAT CHOCOLATE CREAM PIE

CRUST:
10 whole graham crackers
1 egg white
1 tbs unsalted butter
FILLING:
2 pkgs sugar free reduced fat chocolate pudding mix
1/2 cup nonfat vanilla yogurtRecipe
PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES. In blender or food processor, grind graham crackers into fine crumbs. Add egg white, pulse to combine. Stir in melted butter. Press mixture into 9 inch pie pan. Bake 15 min. until browned. Remove from
oven and cool.
FILLING:
Make pudding according to package directions, using skim milk. Fold in yogurt. Spread mixture over crust and refrigerate 3 hours. SERVE COOL WITH 1 TBS FAT FREE WHIPPED TOPPING PER SLICE.*
