    PEANUT BUTTER MUD PIE

    List of Ingredients




    1 8 oz. pkg. of cream cheese; softened
    2 cups of confectioner's sugar
    1 graham cracker pie crust
    1 l6 oz. container of cool whip
    1/2 c. peanut butter
    chopped peanuts
    choc. sauce

    Recipe



    Mix cream cheese with sugar until smooth. Add peanut butter. Again mix until smooth. Fold in cool whip until it is completely blended. Put into pie crust and smooth down with the back of the spoon. Chill in freezer for 20 minutes and then remove to refrigerator for 10 additional minutes. Just before serving, sprinkle some chopped peanuts over top and drizzle with choc. sauce.
