List of Ingredients

1/2 cup margarine or butter
1 bag small multi-colored marshmallows
1 bag semi-sweet chocolate morsels
1 cup coconut


Recipe

Place margarine and chocolate morsels in a double boiler and melt completely over boiling water. Put marshmallows in a large mixing bowl. Once chocolate is melted, allow to cool slightly. Once cooled, pour over marshmallows and mix thoroughly. Place two sheets of waxed paper on counter and dust each sheet with half of the coconut. Place half
of the marshmallow mixture on to each sheet of waxed paper and form into a log.
Wrap the waxed paper around the logs and place into the
freezer. Once completely frozen, you can then slice into pieces about 1/4 of an inch thick.
