    FUDGY HANUKKAH GELT

    1 pound semisweet chocolate, coarsely chopped
    1 pound confectioners sugar
    1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
    3/4 stick butter
    5 tbs milk
    1 tsp vanilla
    1/4 tsp salt

    Recipe



    Coat baking sheet with cooking spray. In top of double boiler, combine all ingredients. Over simmering water, stir until chocolate is melted. Spread chocolate mixture onto prepared baking sheet. Let stand 5 min. Using a round Hanukkah cookie cutter, cut out gelt. Place on waxed paper lined baking sheet.
    Refrigerate 15 min.*
