    BEEFY NACHO CASSEROLE

    List of Ingredients

    1½ - 2 lbs. ground beef
    1/2 cup onion, chopped
    1 can (16 oz.) whole kernel corn, drained
    1 can (16 oz.) diced tomatoes, drained
    1 small can chopped black olives, drained
    1 cup mayonnaise
    2 cups salsa
    1 bag (10 oz.) tortilla chips, crushed
    2 - 4 cups shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese

    Recipe

    Brown ground beef and drain.Add onions, corn, tomatoes, black olives, mayonnaise, and salsa to beef in skillet. Mix together well and let simmer 15 mins.Grease large glass baking dish. Spread 1/2 of crushed tortilla chips over bottom of dish. Cover chips with 1/2 of beef
    mixture. Cover beef mixture with 1/2 of cheese. Repeat layer, ending with cheese. Bake at 350º for 30 mins.
