DAKOTA STYLE SKILLET DINNER

List of Ingredients
1 lb lean meat (2 lbs. ribs)
Vegetable oil or butter
4 oz noodles -- (2 cups)
1 can mushroom stems and pieces -- (4 oz)
1 tsp sugar
salt
pepper
1/4 lb Swiss or Parmesan cheese -- shredded
1/4 cup chopped parsley
Recipe
Brown meat in oil; stir in uncooked noodles, tomato sauce and seasonings. Cook, covered, over low heat 20 minutes or until noodles are tender, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle with cheese. If using Swiss, cover and heat until cheese melts. Sprinkle with parsley.
Makes 6 servings.
