List of Ingredients

1-1/2 pounds Polish sausage, sliced
1 large package frozen hash brown potatoes
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
1/2 (15-ounce) can evaporated milk
1 bunch green onions, diced
Pepper and garlic powder to taste


Recipe

Spray the crock pot with cooking spray or grease. Combine the sausage, potatoes, onions and seasonings in the crock pot. In a bowl combine the soup and milk; pour over the ingredients in the crock pot. Stir together. Cook on LOW for 6 hours, stirring occasionally.
