    HAM & CHEDDAR CASSEROLE

    List of Ingredients

    1 lb. Sharp Vermont Cheddar Cheese, grated
    1/2 lb. Spaghetti, cooked
    4 cups Ham, cubed
    1 lb. Mushrooms, sautéed
    1 stick Butter
    1/2 cup Flour
    4 cups Milk
    1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
    Bread Crumbs

    Recipe

    Mix cheddar cheese, spaghetti, ham and mushrooms in greased
    3-quart casserole dish. In saucepan, melt butter. Add flour and milk to butter for cream sauce. Stir slowly until thickened. Pour over ham mixture and mix well. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs. Bake at 375
    degrees until mixture bubbles, approximately 30 minutes.
