    ITALIAN NOODLE CASSEROLE

    List of Ingredients

    1 lb. ground beef
    1 pkg. (8 oz.) wide egg noodles
    1 T. olive or veg. oil
    2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Colby cheese, divided
    2 cans (15 oz. ea.) tomato sauce
    1 can (15 oz.) great northern beans, rinsed and drained
    1 can (14 1/2 oz.) Italian stewed tomatoes
    1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed tomato soup, undiluted
    2 t. Italian seasoning
    2 t. dried parsley flakes
    1/8 t. onion salt
    1/8 t. garlic salt
    1/8 t. pepper
    2 T. grated Parmesan cheese

    Recipe

    In a lg. skillet, cook beef over med. heat until done; drain. Meanwhile, cook the noodles; drain. In a lg. bowl, combine the beef, noodles, oil, 1 1/2 c. Colby cheese, tomato sauce, beans, tomatoes, soup and seasonings. Transfer to a greased 13x9x2" baking dish. Cover and
    bake at 350° for 30 min. Uncover; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and remaining Colby cheese. Bake 5 to 10 min. longer or until the cheese is melted.
