    CHICKEN PARMESAN

    List of Ingredients

    1 package onion soup mix
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1-1/2 cups milk
    1 cup dry white wine
    1 cup white rice
    6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
    6 teaspoons butter
    6 tablespoons Parmesan cheese

    Recipe

    In a bowl combine the onion soup, mushroom soup, milk, wine and rice. Mix well. Grease the inside of crock pot with cooking spray. Lay the chicken breast in the crock pot. Top with 1 teaspoon butter on each breast. Pour the soup mixture over all and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Cover and cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hours or on HIGH for 4 to 6 hours.
