2 large cans (26 oz) tomato soup, undiluted
2 26 oz soup cans of water
2 cups diced tomatoes
1 med onion, diced
1 green pepper, sliced thin
8 oz fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 small can black olives, sliced
1 lb Italian sausage browned, drained, crumbled
1 sm package pepperoni
1 1/2 Tbsp. dried basil
2 Tbsp. dried oregano
1 Tbsp. onion powder
1 Tbsp. garlic powder
Mozzarella cheeseRecipe
Combine soup, water, and diced tomatoes in crockpot. Sauté onions, green pepper, and mushrooms over low heat; stir into crockpot with soup. Add cooked and drained sausage, pepperoni and spices. Stir to mix. Cook on low 6 to 8 hours. Garnish with shredded mozz cheese when serving.
