1 POUND EACH OF SWEET AND HOT SAUSAGE
3 YELLOW PEPPERS
3 RED PEPPERS
2 LARGE YELLOW ONIONSRecipe
BRUSH OLIVE OIL AND SALT AND PEPPER ON THE SAUSAGE. POKE THE SAUSAGES WITH A FORK. GRILL THE SAUSAGES EITHER ON THE OUTSIDE GRILL OR A GRILL PAN. DO THE SAME WITH THE VEGETABLES. WHEN SAUSAGES AND VEGETABLES ARE READY HEAT THE GRINDER ROLLS. SLICE THE SAUSAGES AND VEGETABLES IN CHUNKS. CAN EITHER SERVE WITH MUSTARD OR HEAT YOUR FAVORITE SAUCE AND POUR IT OVER THE SAUSAGES AND
VEGETABLES.
