    2 lbs. ground beef
    1 pkg. (l box) Stove Top Beef Flavor Stuffing
    1 cup water
    1/2 c. catsup (divided)
    2 beaten eggs
    1/4 c. onion, chopped
    l/4 c. chopped mushrooms

    Recipe



    Mix all together except for 1/4 c. catsup. Put meat mixture into a oven safe pan and then pour remaining catsup over the meat mix. Bake at 375 for 1 hour or until done.
