    BAKED DIJON CHICKEN

    List of Ingredients

    1/4 c. Dijon mustard
    1/4 c. evaporated fat-free milk
    1/4 plain, dry bread crumbs
    1/4 c. grated cheese
    4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (pounded to 1/2 inch thickness)

    Recipe

    Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Spray a 13x9 inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Combine mustard and evaporated milk in a shallow bowl. Combine bead crumbs and cheese in separate shallow bowl. Dip chicken into mustard mixture, coating on both sides, then into bread crumb mixture. Place on prepared dish. Bake for 30
    minutes.
