4 Chicken breast halves -- skinned and boned
1/4 cup honey
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons light soy sauce
Recipe
Place chicken in an ungreased 11-in. by 7-in. by 2-in. baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over chicken. Bake uncovered, at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until juices run clear,turning and basting with pan juices every 15 minutes. Yield: 4 servings
