    SWISS CHICKEN BAKE

    List of Ingredients

    6 chicken breast halves -- skinned & boned
    1 can or jar sliced mushrooms -- (about 4 to 5 oz)
    2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
    1 can 98% reduced fat cream of mushroom soup -- (10 3/4 oz)
    1/4 cup sour cream
    1/4 cup dry sherry -- or chicken broth
    1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

    Recipe

    Place chicken in an ungreased 2 quart baking dish; add mushrooms. Sprinkle with Swiss cheese. In a small bowl, combine soup, sour cream, and sherry. Pour over the chicken. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 50 minutes. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake an additional 5 to 10 minutes or until chicken is tender and juices run clear. Place chicken on serving plate. Stir sauce to blend and serve with chicken.
    Serves 6.
