TUNA NOODLE SALAD--- Break noodles from two 3 oz bags in half. Boil until soft. Cool under running cold water, drain well. Whisk 1/3 cup mayonnaise, 1 tbs. each lemon juice and water, and seasoning packets in bowl. Stir in 1 cup sliced cucumber, 1/4 cup diced onion, 1 drained 6 oz can of tuna and the noodles. Serve on lettuce. Serves 4. Recipe
