7-UP SALAD

List of Ingredients
Dissolve 2 small boxes lemon jello in 2 cups boiling water.
Add;
2 c. cold 7-up
2 large bananas
2 c. miniature marshmallows
1 (20oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained (reserve juice)
Mix and let stand until firm
Topping:
1 c. pineapple juice
1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1 beaten egg
Cook until thick. Let cool. Whip 1 cup whipping creamand add to mixture. Spread over the top of the jello. Grate American cheese over the top and refrigerate until ready to serve.
