FRESH VEGETABLE SALAD

List of Ingredients
2 c. broccoli florets
2 c. cauliflowerets
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. grated carrot
1 c. mayo or salad dressing
1/4 c. sugar
3 Tbso, grated parmesan cheese
2 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
Recipe
toss vegetables in a large salad bowl. In a small bowl, combine mayo, sugar, and parmesan cheese; pour over vegetables and toss to coat. Cover and chill. Sprinkle with bacon just before serving.
