I don't like mayo...so I made this recipe for potato salad.

List of Ingredients

5 lb. potatoes
1 (16oz) tub of sour cream
1 pkg dry ranch dressing mix


Recipe

Mix ranch dressing mix with sour cream. Cook potatoes until not to soft but not too crunchy. Mix ranch dressing mixture with potatoes. You can add green onions if you like. Enjoy!
