    List of Ingredients




    8 oz gemilli or fusilli pasta
    2 cups broccoli florets
    2 tbs each olive oil and rice vinegar
    6 sundried tomatoes, chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/2 tsp each salt and freshly ground pepper
    8 oz each red and yellow tomatoes, diced
    8 oz mozzarella cheese, diced
    1/2 cup kalamata olives, coarsely chopped
    1 cup basil leaves, cut in narrow strips

    Recipe



    Bring a pot of lightly salted water to boil. Stir in pasta and cook as pkg directs. Stir in broccoli last minute of cooking time. Drain pasta and broccoli, rinse under cold water, set aside. Whisk oil, vinegar, sundried tomatoes,
    garlic, salt, pepper in bowl until well blended. Add
    tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, olives, pasta. Toss to mix and coat. Sprinkle servings with basil.
    SERVE AT ROOM TEMP WITH GRATED PARMESAN CHEESE.*
