WON TON SALAD

List of Ingredients
1 head lettuce
1 c. cooked chicken
1 bunch green onions
1/2 lb. won ton skins
Slivered almonds
Oil for frying skins
Dressing:
4 Tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. salad oil
4 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Recipe
Combine all ingredients for dressing and chill overnight. Cut won ton skins in 1/4 inch strips and fry strips until crisp in oil. Chop green onions and chicken. Shred lettuce. Toss chicken, green onions, almonds, lettuce, and dressing just before serving.
