    1 pkg. (2 layer)spice cake mix
    1 can (16 oz) pumpkin
    3/4 c. Miracle Whip or Miracle Whip Light
    3 eggs

    frosting:

    3 1/2 c. powdered sugar
    1/2 c. (1 stick) butter, softened
    1 tablespoons milk
    1 tsp. vanilla

    Recipe



    Blend cake mix, pumpkin, dressing, and eggs with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Pour into a greased 15x10 baking pan.

    Bake at 350 for 18 to 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely on a wire rack.

    Frosting:

    Blend all ingredients with electric mixer on low speed until moistened. Beat on high speed until light and fluffy. Spread over cake.

    Makes approx. 3 dozen bars
