    CORNED BEEF AND CABBAGE STEW

    List of Ingredients

    5 carrots, peeled and cut into 3 inch pieces
    2 onions, quartered
    4 to 6 potatoes, peeled and cut
    1 can canned corned beef

    Recipe

    Place all ingredients into boiling water in the order listed. Turn heat to low and simmer until vegetables are tender. Salt and pepper to taste. Serv with corn bread or crackers.
