List of Ingredients
1-1 1/2 lbs ground beef
2 (16oz) cans pinto beans
1/2 medium onion diced
1 10oz can Ro-Tel tomatoes
1 15-16oz can chili
1 pt sour cream
1 lb Velveeta cheese
1 lg 16oz can stewed tomatoes

Recipe
Brown ground beef & onion over medium heat until browned, drain well. Add the other ingredients in LARGE crock pot. Add sour cream & diced Velveeta cheese. , simmer for a few hours till well heated and cheese is melted. Stir occasionally so cheese & sour cream mix. Serve hot over
Fritos. You probably have made this before in the crock pot but I found that it couldn't be turned on high as it will actually boil then and you don't want that.
